Payments by credit card can be made through the on-line registration system.
Payments by cheque or cash can be made at the in-person registration night.
If this is your first time here, let us give you a few pointers to help you through the process.
Your Account: Only one account is needed per household. Create the account in the name of the family member who will most likely be handling the registrations. Once the account is created you can add your children and any other adults in household to the account.
Volunteer Coaches and Helpers: We are always looking for parents who can give some time to either coach or assist our coaches with a variety of programs. Prior experience is not necessary. If you are available to volunteer as a coach or an assistant coach, please register yourself as a helper in the applicable program. As a token of appreciation for your contribution, South Nutana Park Community Association issues gift certificates to volunteer coaches which can be applied against programming fees.
Wait List: If you try registering for a program, and get added to the wait list, this means that the number of spaces held for on-line registrants has reached the maximum number set. However, there are still spots available in the program for in-person registrations. If you are added to the wait list for a particular program, you will can to come to the in-person registration night, for more information about securing a spot.
Payment Options: Cheque or cash payments are accepted at our in-person registration night. Credit card payments are accepted through our on-line registration system.
Cost As Barrier: If financial assistance is required, registrants should register in their desired program with South Nutana Park Community Association, and should indicate in their registration that financial assistance is required. Funding through KidSport can be applied for by filling out the following form and submitting it to Saskatoon KidSport as indicated on the form. Registrants are responsible for applying for KidSport funding and should be applied for as soon as possible. The form must be submitted to KidSport prior to their application deadline in order to qualify for funding. The KidSport deadlines are September 15 (for fall programs), January 15 (for winter programs), and March 15 (for spring programs). Please also e-mail a copy of your completed form to the SNPCA treasurer at email@example.com. If the registrant does not qualify for funding through KidSport, South Nutana Park Community Association may provide financial assistance. Please include a contact name and phone number in your e-mail.
